Overall good product to reduce tension on the neck and shoulders. The only downside is that you have to spray the pillow with the aromatherapy mist (lavender and chamomile)or you’ll get the rice smell.

This feels so good on my neck. It relaxes the muscles that are tense. I just heat it in the microwave and put it on. Instant relief!!
